Shaun Smit started mentoring leadership over 30 years ago as youth director for a very large youth programme running programmes up to 700 young people. The mentor that taught him the principles and released him to mentor, equip and train, left him with a vision and a passion to develop and assist leaders fufill their God-given potential.
Shaun and his family founded and pastored a local church in South Africa for 15 years.
Due to his passion to assist individuals and see them live successfully and significantly, Shaun counselled and mentored and coached for many many hours. It became clear that people and leaders most often are experiencing a crisis management stye of decision making and choice making, with no awareness of how to do it differently.
While travelling and living in the USA, Shaun began to speak and present workshops on how to be a strategic decision-maker and leader. Since then, he has travelled and spoken to small groups and large audiences, presented workshops, and done individual mentoring of leaders going through a leadership crisis, team crises, relationship crises, envisioning organisations, skilling leaders in mentoring leadership, in countries like, South Africa, Malawi, Holland, USA, and United Kingdom, and online.
Strategic interventions that bring leaders to personal breakthrough so they can take charge of their lives and leadership is Shaun’s passion. He communicates in a clear and understandable way, keeping the participants engaged and reflective, skills acquired from his own journey and experience working with teams and people from many cultures, back grounds and situations.
Shaun and his wife Michelle serve as advisors to kingdom alliance ministries.
William A. Hieb -: Bill was born in Stillwater, MN but was raised in the inner-city of St. Paul. It was during the 1960’s that Bill was introduced to a life of street gangs, the drug culture and an empty vision for his purpose and future. He came to know Jesus Christ at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7th, 1981. Bill began his ministry, preaching in nursing homes and at the state prison. After 8 years of prison ministry and a couple of mission trips to Ukraine he planted a church in Stillwater, Minnesota. Pastor Bill is married to Kay Hieb and between them they have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. Bill has been a licensed minister for the past 20 yrs. and is currently serving as the pastor of Riverside Church in Somerset, WI. He is also the president of 2 other ministries: Beside Still Waters (medical missions) and the Christian Leadership Institute of Minnesota. Bill has attended Lakewood College, Northwestern College and received his Masters in Divinity from the Christian Leadership Institute of MN. Under the leadership of Pastor Bill, the church has embarked on an assertive ministry of soul winning, biblical studies, discipleship, church planting and foreign missions.
